Building on the global success of the Falath Evo, the Elves Bikes research and development team proudly introduce the Falath EXP — our most advanced aero frame yet. Designed with a laser focus on aerodynamic performance, power transfer stiffness, and real-world comfort, the Falath EXP delivers a race-winning ride every time.

At the heart of the Falath EXP Aero Road Bike is an integrated aerodynamic suspension design, strategically incorporated into the rear seat structure. This innovation optimises both aero efficiency and vibration damping without compromising performance.

Inverted Triangle Airflow Channel (ITAC)

Our patented Inverted Triangle Airflow Channel (ITAC) technology redefines aerodynamic efficiency. Engineered from the seat stay and seat tube, ITAC forms an airflow channel that:

• Minimises wind resistance

• Reduces drag coefficient and turbulence

• Enhances overall speed and stability

Comfort Without Compromise

The innovative inverted triangle structure enables controlled vertical flex of the integrated seat post, absorbing road vibrations across uneven terrain. The result?

Premium Carbon Construction

Every Elves Falath EXP frame is crafted from high-tensile Japanese Toray T800 carbon fibre, reinforced with T1000 carbon in critical performance zones like the bottom bracket and head tube. This combination ensures:

• Superior stress distribution

• Enhanced durability and stiffness

• Maximum power transfer during sprints, climbs, and full-gas efforts

We also use EPS and latex bladder moulding during manufacturing, resulting in a stronger, smoother, and more uniform internal frame structure — built to last and perform.
